3. Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about your device and your interactions with the Services through cookies, pixels, tags, logs, software development kits, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies, including pages viewed, links clicked, features used, session duration, and performance data, subject to any consent, opt-out, or preference-management requirements that may apply to such technologies.

7. How We Share Information
We may share information with: (i) merchants, processors, gateways, banks, card networks, and other parties involved in a transaction, inquiry, or dispute; (ii) third party service providers that perform services for us, including hosting, analytics, communications, security, customer support, fraud prevention, and data processing; (iii) affiliates and related entities; (iv) legal, regulatory, and governmental authorities when required or appropriate; (v) parties involved in a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy; and (vi) other persons or entities with your direction or consent.
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect our rights or the rights of others, detect or prevent fraud or security issues, or respond to lawful requests, and we may challenge or limit such requests where we determine it is appropriate and legally permissible to do so.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we will honor legally required opt-out preferences in accordance with applicable law.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our third party service providers may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize you, remember preferences, analyze traffic, measure campaign effectiveness, and personalize or improve the Services. You can control certain cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through in-product controls or a cookie preference tool; however, disabling cookies may limit functionality, and we will obtain consent for non-essential cookies where required by applicable law.
9. Analytics, Advertising, and Communications
We may use analytics and advertising partners to understand usage of the Services, measure performance, and support marketing or remarketing efforts, subject to applicable consent, notice, opt-out, and contractual requirements for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or sharing of personal information. These third parties may collect information about your activity over time and across websites or apps only as permitted by applicable law and our agreements with them. If you receive communications from us, you may opt out of non-transactional marketing emails by following the instructions in those messages, and we will honor legally required opt-out requests for marketing texts, calls, or similar communications, subject to our right to send operational, service, and legal notices.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain records, prevent fraud, and support our legitimate business needs, taking into account the nature and sensitivity of the information and applicable legal requirements. We may retain information for longer periods where required or permitted by law, contract, or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
11. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information under our control, including measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

13. Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, confirmation of processing, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, opt-out of targeted advertising, sharing, and certain profiling, and appeal of certain decisions with respect to certain personal information. We may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, including where we must retain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or business purposes, or where we cannot verify your identity.
14. Exercising Rights and Verification
To exercise privacy rights, please contact us using the information below or any other request method we make available for your jurisdiction. We may require information sufficient to verify your identity, review your request, and confirm the scope of the information at issue. You may designate an authorized agent only where recognized by applicable law and subject to verification requirements.
15. International Users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers to the extent permitted by law.
16. Minor’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we may delete it or take other appropriate steps.
17. Third-Party Websites and Services
As further set forth in our Terms of Service, the Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our discretion. Changes will be effective when posted or on a later effective date stated in the revised policy, except that we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Notice to California Residents
This Section 19 applies only to California residents.
This notice applies to personal information we collect in connection with your interactions with us, including when you visit our website, communicate with us, create an account, or apply for a job. Certain personal information is exempt from the CCPA, including information subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) and related laws. This exemption applies only to the extent such information is collected, processed, or disclosed pursuant to those laws.
As set forth in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may “share” your personal information (as defined under California law) as set forth further in this Privacy Policy. You may opt out of such sharing as described below.
Subject to certain limitations, California residents have the right to:
- Request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (including government identifiers, financial account information, precise geolocation data, genetic data, contents of certain communications, and other sensitive information as defined by applicable California law), if applicable; and
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
To exercise your rights, please contact us using the contact information set forth in this Privacy Policy or any webform, privacy portal, or other designated request method we make available. We will verify your request and respond in accordance with applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification requirements.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law, contract, payment-card network rules, financial institution requirements, litigation hold, or applicable recordkeeping obligations, and we do not retain each category of personal information for longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose. Please note, we cannot deny you the Services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of the Services just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA. However, if you refuse to provide your personal information to us or ask us to limit, delete, or stop sharing your personal information, and that personal information or the sharing of the personal information is necessary for us to provide you with the Services, we may not be able to complete that portion of the Services or the Services in its entirety.

In addition to your rights set forth in this Privacy Policy, residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sharing of personal information, and certain profiling, and the right to appeal certain decisions made by us concerning your personal information. While you retain the right to opt-out of the sharing of personal information, if you refuse to provide your personal information to us or ask us to delete or stop sharing your personal information, and that personal information or the sharing of the personal information is necessary for us to provide you with the Services, we may not be able to complete that portion of the Services or the Services in its entirety.
